DTI Pangasinan regularly conducts the following trainings:
Food Safety. This aims to inform the participants the importance of food safety principles in handling food, in preparation, preservation and in serving. It will make the participants become aware of good practice in food safety.
Energy Audit. This training will enable the participants become aware on the proper use of energy in terms of economy safety and conservation. They will also acquire knowledge on following standards in energy layout and the appropriate equipment/tools rating.
Clean Production Technology. The training will enable the participants/SMEs aware on value of their raw materials with respect to their output or product. Aside from this, the participants will also learn energy/water conservation without sacrificing sanitation and product standard.
